15 Fun Winter And Christmas Activities For Kids

This summer Tara from The Young Mommy Life and I gave you a list of 50 awesome activities for you all to do with your kids over Summer Break.  Summer is over and school is back in session.  However, the holidays are upon us and Christmas/Winter Break is literally right around the corner. 
If your kids are like Moo and JJ, two and a half weeks of nothing do will surely cause cabin fever and headaches for days for us parents.  So, I thought I’d create this 15 Fun Winter And Christmas Activities For Kids list to help provide some activities and crafts that will keep the kiddies entertained and you sane.  Enjoy and be sure share pictures if you do decide to try out one of the activities from the list by hashtagging them #YUMMommyChristmasFun!

15 Fun Winter And Christmas Activities For Kids

1– “Do you want to a build a snowman?” Make a Snowman Ornament (Typically Simple).

2– Paint a Handprint Christmas Tree Wall Art (Mom’s Messy Miracles).
3– Make some Cinnamon Applesauce Ornaments (My Mommy World).
4– Play the Snowflake Bingo Game (Enchanted Homeschooling Mom).
6– Make Spiced Gingerbread Playdough (A Sip of Southern Sunshine).
7– Create DIY Macaroni Ornaments (The Quinntessential Mommy).
9– Got bubble wrap?  Make a Bubble Wrap Snowman (Crafts on Sea).
10– Kids having a Holiday party at school?  Santa’s Candy Sleigh will make the perfect treat (Intelligent Domestications).
11– Make a batch of Pine Christmas Play Dough (Krystal’s Kitsch).
12– In search of a cute DIY gift?  Whip these Reindeer Hot Cocoa Cones (Savvy Saving Couple).
13– Pull out the crayons, markers and/or color pencils and decorate these Printable Snowflake Coloring Pages (What Mommy Does).

    These are great! My favorite of these to do with my kids are the cinnamon applesauce ornaments, they're so easy and they smell so GOOD!

    These are all such wonderful ideas, but OMG that Twinkie house! I think my son would eat half the Twinkies before we got the house built! Such a good idea though!
