This past week has been a very ROUGH week for me to say the least. January’s not even over yet and already I’m searching for a rainbow in the mist of this rain. I keep reminding myself of Ecclesiastes 3:1 that reads:
“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens…“
I started 2012 off on a good note and I’m determined to get it back on track. I can’t allow these recent obstacles to throw me off my game plan. I know that God never forsakes me or leaves me stranded. I just have to trust Him and believe that He will show me the way out of this situation.

How do you stay on track during difficult times?

January 23, 2012 at 4:40 amI get way off track during difficult times. Sometimes I don't know whether I am coming or going. I always dream of a better day that usually keeps me going that and my kids they never see what I am going through so they have hugs and kisses ready for me during difficult days. Keep your head up it does not rain everyday.

January 23, 2012 at 6:16 amI repeat Bible verses. When I start thinking negative thoughts I try to combat it with a positive one. Life is really hard. Surrounding yourself with positive people also helps. Hope everything gets back to normal soon. You know I am here if you need to email! Hugs!

January 24, 2012 at 9:41 pmI usually pop in a gospel cd or 2 or 5. Usually Kirk Franklin has something to say to pull me through. Also, stay prayed up. Prayer always makes me feel like I have a clean slate when I'm done. Just leave it all there! HUGS!!!!!!!!!
